This is a very inexpensive scale. If you are expecting this scale to perform like a $300 scale DO NOT BUY FROM ME. For pocket scales these are very nice, but there’s a reason it’s $12 and not $150. Anyone that says a $12 scale is “high quality” is lying. I have many higher end scales available. If you’re not sure what to buy please contact me.

Availability/Stock:
I do my
absolute best to make sure everything I sell is in stock, but occasionally a manufacturer does not tell me when something sells out. If you want to be 100% sure an item is available please contact me prior to ordering.

Order Processing:
I process orders immediately. Once you see that I’ve left you positive feedback your order has been processed. Orders paid for and processed before 3 PM eastern time are shipped the same day. Tracking info will be added as I receive it.
Sales Tax:
Only Connecticut residents pay sales tax.
Defective Items:
All of our products are tested before they leave the factory, but occasionally damage will occur during shipment. If you receive a defective product please contact me ASAP and I will send you a replacement at no cost.
Returns:
You must contact me before returning any items to obtain a return authorization number. Any return may be subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee. All returns must be returned in new condition (NO marks, scratches, tape, damage, etc.). All packaging material must be included and in new condition (this includes boxes, wrappers, manuals, protective styrofoam, etc.). Items returned in anything other than new condition will be subject to a minimum 30% re-stocking fee. Items sent back without a return authorization or in damaged condition will be sent back to the customer without exchange or refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, this includes items which are sold with “free” shipping.
