Pedal is in very good condition. Works flawlessly. Attaches to bass drum hoop with a simple spring clamp, however the clamp is not padded so you will need to make sure and use a hoop protect pad (included with pedal) to avoid damaging your drum hoop. Wrenches to make adjustments and velcro strips for bottom of pedal also included. Adjust the spring tension with a simple turn of the knob on front of pedal.
